The Mono & Co (Mono Digital Sdn. Bhd / Cubic Pacific Sdn Bhd & Trolley Carts Sdn Bhd.) Free Shipping Warranty Returns covers the courier charges from Mono & Co to the customer only for the duration of the normal warranty period (excluding extended warranty; if any)
The Free Shipping Warranty Returns is limited to West Malaysia only and a dead or volumetric weight of 5kg whichever is higher. In the event, the weight or volumetric weight exceed 5kg, the customer would need to bear the courier cost differences.
Mono & Co shall not be liable for the product risk during courier such as loss in transit, missing parcel, damaged parcel or wrongly send to recipients etc.
Mono & Co responsibility is to ensure the repaired product to be send out in a timely manner and to advise the said customer on the tracking number.
In the event, the product has direct support from brand principal ie pick-up services or drop-off point, the customer shall utilize these services from the brand and the Free Shipping On Warranty Returns shall not be valid in this case.
In the event, the product returned by the customer has no defect, or warranty issues or diagnose to be in working condition, the Free Return Shipping on Warranty will be void and customer would be required to pay the courier charges for the return of product to the customer.
Mono & Co reserve to terminate the Free Shipping On Warranty Returns in the opinion that the customer intend to abuse or take advantage of the above.
